missing seeded archived uplift series

In our Demantra system, the seeded series that is used to store previous versions of promotion uplift uplift_minus_2 and uplift_minus_3 are missing. However, in promotion_data table, the corresponding columns fore_2_uplift and fore_3_uplift are still there and have number stored. Profile_forecast_versions has value 8, which means we need 8 versions of archived uplift. There series were there before. I don't know why they disappeared today. I tried to create series uplift_minus_2 and uplift_minus_3 but Demantra does not allow me to do that as these series have reserved words. The details are attached.
