JAS server performance is slow

Hi,

We have installed new webserver for JDE (weblogic 12.1.2, JDK 1.7.0_55), through testing the users complained that the performance is too slow, compared to the existing server (weblogic 10.3.5, jrockit-jdk1.6.0_29, http load balancer and webcache).

We increase the arguments in server start values to (-Xms4096m -Xmx8192m) but the user didn't notice any improvement.

How can we improve the performance of the new webserver?
