Should the Hyperion Services Startup Type be Manual or Automatic for 11.1.2.4?

Hello,

Does Oracle have an official position on whether the Hyperion Services Startup Type be Manual or Automatic or Automatic (Delayed) for 11.1.2.4?

Our services are currently Automatic (Delayed). I want to change them to Manual to require the use of our start script, but I do not have a good argument to do so.

Because it does not matter what order the services come up, then automatic should be good.

If the services should be manual, then why are they set to automatic when originally installed?

I would like an Oracle document that says, "do this ..", but have not found one. If you are aware of an official response, please clue me in.
