Service in Order Release

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi All!

Maybe someone could help me.

I would like to know how to use Services in Order Release (see below):

As far as I understand this functionality allows you to set the order and specify services for Order Release.

Unfortunately I can't understand how this functionality associate with the Shipment Costs and what is it the main purpose?

In my understanding this functionality works only for the information.

Please correct me and help with this issue.
