MRP Report - Creat only OR

I have problem about creat OR. Firstly, i created new rule and i selected some status for OP/OW/OR that line type is "S" on Supply/Demand rule screen (P34004). There is selection to creat OP in data selection of R3482 report. When i receive messages related to purchase order creation, OR type will appear as the default. But, after i run R3482, report generates OP with "G: To increase order quantity in this OP" message. I want to creat only OR after MRP report. I wrote OR in data selection but i can do that. How can i creat only OR (including OP/OW/OR) ? I need this answer
