Can we migrate OAB Rates from one instance ti another without going for manual setups?

As we know OAB rates keep changing every year. We end date the Rates and create new one. Is there a way to migrate the rates from one instance to another on R12 without doing it manually?

Are there any Data Wizards which we can use?
