PROD issue with Approvals - Supervisor Hierarchy

Hi,

I have a problem with some setup on 11.5.10.2.

The setup for approvals on PROD was using a Position based hierarchy. However, the plan was to migrate to use a Supervisor Hierarchy. This was tested on TEST, and worked fine.

This process was followed:

1)      Set up Flexfield Values in “Jobs” segment for Generic Approver levels (in PURCHASING SUPER USER/SET UP/FLEXFIELDS/VALUES)

2)      Set up Approver levels in Jobs (PURCHASING SUPER USER/SET UP/PERSONNEL/JOBS/NEW)

3)      Set up Approval Groups with Generic descriptions, applying an appropriate amount to Document Type and All Account Ranges (PURCHASING SUPER USER/SET UP/APPROVALS/APPROVAL GROUPS)
