SQL for Pulling Contract Expert Questions and Answers

Does anyone have some clean SQL for pulling all of the questions and answers associated with a PO via the Contract Expert?  I've followed note # 1319170.1 but I'm missing the ones with a numeric value.  How do I capture those as well?
