Parallel query in DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS on Standard Edition

When I query DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS, I find:

Parallel SQL Query Execution TRUE 08/24/2016 13:41:45

My installation is Oracle Standard Edition 11.2.0.4.

is it possible with Oracle Standard Edition?

or

This is resulting from internal queries from Oracle itself in the GV$ views ...., since I noticed that there are PZnn slave processes ...

Has anyone ever come across this doubt?
