Does system generate automatic invoices to tax authority for VAT settlement

Hi,

   We need to setup VAT to cover GCC new requirements, I did the setup for AP and AR invoices and system calculated the VAT amount correctly, my concern is, do I have to do the settlement process manually and create manual invoice for tax authority with net due amount or there is a request or form to do it automatically. Thanks
