Loosing Customizations of E1 web client 9.2

Hello everyone,

I have recently made some Customizations of the look and feel of E1 web client 9.2., mostly by changing the CSS background colors and some images on log in page.

But if I Stop and Run again the EnterpriseOne HTML Server all the changes disappear and the login page return to its original state.

Does anyone know why is this happening and how can I prevent this?
