Attach report output as media objects in 9.2

We have a requirement to attach report output as media objects .Media objects will be modified by user after sometime and they upload it again .  we are archiving the report output in specific location and then inserting media objects in F00165 with the location of file in 9.1. How to achieve this functionality in 9.2
