Supply/Demand Inquiry ignoring past PO Quantity

Hi all

I am sure that I have asked this before but can't find anything related to it so am asking again.

I have a situation where two PO's with promised dates in the past, can be seen on the Supply/Demand Inquiry screen but the quantities they supply are ignored in calculating the quantity available of the item in question.  Is this correct or is there an issue that I can look further in to?
