How to run Submit Accounting for all OUs regadless of responsibility

What are the options for scheduling/running Submit Accounting for all OUs?

We want it to run in 1 single request or request set. Submit Accounting do not have OU parameter but its subprograms have and Create accounting takes OU from the responsibility.
