Deployment of .mnt file from xadmin to stores shows status as unreported in all tables?

Dear All,

For deploy a .mnt file from xadmin .

steps:

1. File upload

2. deployed to target stores on immediate

The .mnt file which is uploaded  successfully. and  when tried  to deploy to the target stores , show status  as UNREPORTED in all tables of dpl_deployment* under xadmin database. and on the xadmin application scree under view deployment status.

can anyone guide what went wrong , why it is showing unreported .

xstore Version : 15.0.0
