How is item attribute information collated in different organizations

Hi,

We set up about 10 new items a week.

It takes long time to gather all the item attribute information from various teams.

Is there a better way to handle this ?

How are other companies onboarding new items ?

The pain is not in data entry but in collating all the required information from various teams.
