Out of balance in Tax JV

Good day,

I entered on JV with VAT as follows:

In Tax Ledger it passed the entry properly as below:

But when I post the batch it going to out of balance as the tax entry is not going in Ledger as per AAI.

Please help, where I missed any setup.
