Equipment Specification Data

Hi, We are using Supplemental data for entering Name Plate data for an equipment.  However, the difficulty we have using supplemental data is that:

1) We cannot define header labels, so the user has to click on the record for its details. See the below screen shot, the header label is Data Item, until the user click on the record, user will not know what is the field used for. For example, in the first record below one field is having a value EBSRAY, until I view the record details, I will not know what is EBSRAY

2) There is no report to filter on specification data. For ex: Filter all equipments with RPM >1200
