We currently use P6 EPPM R16.1.6.0 over Cloud Services and we are about to upgrade to R17.10. Although we've been sending messages and emails internally to our users I believe that it is also important to communicate P6 upgrade/patching shutdown timings or Oracle scheduled core maintenance actions to all users directly through the Portal OracleIndustry.com;
- Using a banner or a visible text message that acts as a reminder of the incoming action when login into PROD-Production environment
- Publish SR summary if exist and add contact details as a reference
- Identify services that won't be available: Could either P6, Unifier, etc..
