DBA Rates - Not showing exact rate specified in Calculation Table

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to ensure that when an accrual is calculated, that it calculates based on the exact rate specified in the amt/rate field identified in the Calculation Table (rather than a decimal amount)?

What is currently set up:

  • Using Table Method OA - Amount x Rate/Basis=Months
    • Based on Original Hire Date
    • Months of Service determine the accrual rate in which the employee receives per month
  • Calculation Table:

What is taking place:

  • Let's say an employee has worked with the organization for 4 years (48 months), the accrual should accumulate @ 1.25/month; however, the system returns the rate at 1.244285714.
