Oracle Home user for oracle operations

Hello,

Our Company's Security Team forces us to use our own operating user for database operations.

However, we have to connect with oracle home owner user to run sqlplus,expdp,srvctli rman commands.

I told that them but they are asking oracle documentations about that.

I need a doc telling clearly that all oracle operatıons and commands have to be done with oracle home user.

I can not fin a documentation like that.

Any recommendation ?
