How to convert assets as Non Capital Assets

We are reimplementing PeopleSoft 8.8 to 9.2 and would like to convert expense assets as Non Capital Assets. We are going to use the Capital Threshold process in AM and would like to track expensed assets the same way. I have tried to load assets with INTFC_TYPE of CAP, FAD, CNI and SYSTEM_SOURCE of CNV, BAM, BPC on the INTFC_FIN and INTFC_PHY_A tables. I have supplied on the INTFC_PHY_A Capital Threshold ID, CAPITALIZATION_SW with both a 2 and 4, and FINANCIAL_ASSET_SW with both Y and N. Any help would be much appreciated. I want the assets to load into COST_NON_CAP
