Service Contracts getting renewed even if renewal type is Blank/Null
Dear All,
I have setup Service Contracts Auto Renewal Process for my client on Apps version 11.5.10.
We are planning to use all possible renewal types i.e. Active Contracts, Notify Salesreps, Submit For Approval and Electronic Renewal.
After doing all the setups, Auto Renewal is working fine for all but E-Renewal. Below are the details of whats happening.
1. Contracts having Notify Salesrep, Submit for Approval or Active Contracts as the renewal type are getting renewed automatically and working as expected.
2. Contracts having Renewal Type as Electronic Renewal are getting renewed BUT
a) No notification is getting generated for the customer contact (Quote To Contact on service contract) to accept/reject the Quote.
