Random characters in database

Hi Experts...

We are on JDE 9.1 tools 9.1.4.4 with a SQL 2008 R2 database.

In one of the interoperability tables (F03B11Z2) we get random characters in the transaction number column when the R03B525 is running... google thinks Korean and Japanese.

Not all the time just on occasion, i spotted them as they show up in the logs for the R03B525 as primary key violations

Anyone seen this behavior before?
