E1- 9.0 R30835 data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros to be entered

During the cost freeze (R30835) in summarized mod ( using standard costing methodology) we receive following error: "data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros to be entered"

We could not identify what is causing this error

Did anybody else have similar experience?
