Unable to Process BOM using BOM API

Hi Team,

I need your help !!!

We are processing BOMs to EBS using Oracle BOM API for EBS R12 Application.

We are calling the Procedure through Middle ware which is giving below error alternatively when we are processing the Files.

e.g First File Went successfully to EBS Second one errored out with below error , third one again processed and fourth one errored with below error and so on.

ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error -2074: ORA-02074: cannot SET NLS in a distributed transaction
has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.set_parameter('NLS_LANGUAGE','AMERICAN').
has been detected in fnd_global.set_nls.
