service automatically cut back to node 1

the 3 nodes rac, server1 normally run on node 1, node 1 failure failover to node 3. After node 1 is restored, the service of node 1 is not cut back and still runs on node 3. At this point, if node 3 fails. Can the service of node 1 be automatically cut back to node 1?
