Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to create a link from a custom application directly to function AP_APXVDMVD_VIEW. The HTML page is

OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/pos/supplier/webui/SuppSummPG&OAHP=POS_HT_SP_HP&OASF=POS_HT_SP_B_SUPP&OAPB=AP_PAY_PRODUCT_BRAND

However, when I navigate to it I get I do not have enough access rights. So I have to encode it using
