how to force all Parallel Approvers to respond back even if one of them rejected ?

Dear  All

i have scenario where I  submit the request to all Parallel Approvers , but the issue if one of them reject the request , then all my workflow would be canceled / ended .

my Setup is explained below :-   Could any one advice how i  can resolve this issue please ?

1.     Action types, "approval-group-chain of authority" : Ordering mode = Parallel; Voting Method = Consensus

1.      Approver Groups. Define two groups:

1. a) b) First Supervisor_Group; Type = Static, Order Number = 1, Voting Method = Consensus, Approver type =Dynamic
2. HR_Position_Group; Type = Static, Order Number = 1, Voting Method = Consensus, Approver type = HR Positions (5 positions, Order number 1 for the 5  positions)
