Inventory As of file creation

Good day,

We are not maintaining Inventory As of file from beginning and the team who was handling earlier they purged F4111 records and pasted to F4111P another custom table.

Now when I run the As of generation batch program, it gives wrong figures as there is no proper opening stock.  In this situation what is the best solution to start with, in order to build as of file.

Please help.
