SmartvIew - Response status has number of values different from request

Hi All,

Recently upgraded from Office 2013 to Office 2016. Upon refreshing SmartView sheet with HSGETVALUE functions, users are presented with the error message "Response status has number of values different from request". This happens occasionally and to get past it, we had to click "OK" and hit the Refresh again.

HFM version is 11.1.2.3.700.09.
