Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle CRM R12 - Not able to Attach marketing medium to a channel

Hi,

I am working on Oracle Applications : 12.2.5 CRM R12.

I am not able to attach marketing media to a channel, although both are active.

The LOV for marketing media does not contain any value although there are three marketing media active for this country.

Kindly suggest.
