Oracle CRM R12 - Not able to Attach marketing medium to a channel

Hi,

I am working on Oracle Applications : 12.2.5 CRM R12.

I am not able to attach marketing media to a channel, although both are active.

The LOV for marketing media does not contain any value although there are three marketing media active for this country.

Kindly suggest.
