Not able to start Concurrent and Appslsnr80 after clone

Dear Legends,

We're in the process of Replicating the DR environment from PROD. Env details as below

Apps - 11.5.10.2 - Windows 32 bit Server 2003 (Forms,HTTP)

DB - 10.2.0.3 - Windows 32 bit Server 2003 (DB,Concurrent)

After standard cloning process everything came up fine, but the Concurrent Node_names was not appearing and actual target mismatched.

Later to further drill down we came to know the "Ora806_5TNSListener80APPS_DR" service was not starting as it says the below message

The Ora806_5TNSListener80APPS_DR service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example the Performance logs and alerts service.
