Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue while running root.sh after installing Grid Infrastructure (11.2.0.3) on a 2 node RAC Cluster. Below are the error I am getting while running the script.

ASM created and started successfully.

Disk Group OCR_VOTE created successfully.

Errors in file :

ORA-27091: unable to queue I/O

ORA-15081: failed to submit an I/O operation to a disk

ORA-06512: at line 4
