Commitment for component item in Service Work Order

Hello ,

We are using JDE E1 9.2 Service management module. When we are creating a part request from P17730 ( No pick slip process ) against a Service work order customer wants commitment always should go soft commitment irrespective of location of issue BP. Currently system generates a hard commitment against WO as request is raised against a secondary location.

Setups :

P3009 : Commitment Control = Primary ; Hard/Soft = Soft at creation of part list

Please note that WO BP and component issue BP is always different , location on part request is always secondary location.

Is there any work around with which either commitment generated is always a soft commitment against primary location or a soft commitment be generated against secondary location.
