13c installation hangs

Installing Cloud Control 13.2.0.0 on Oracle Linux 7

oracle:emrepdev$ uname -aLinux itorasupdev.umpublishing.org 4.1.12-103.3.8.1.el7uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Fri Sep 15 17:23:08 PDT 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Everything seems to go well until it gets to 50% complete, then it just hangs there:

Command line output was as follows.  It looks like some blocks of messages were repeated, as an artifact of how the installation writes 'pct complete' messages to stdout, and how putty captures its logs.
