Enabling smartpush in Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4

Hello,

We have applied the Oracle Hyperion Planning latest PSU and upgraded our instance to 11.1.2.4.006.06. Even after the lastest patch, we couldn't see SmartPush options enabled in any forms. Can someone please help me to configure Smart Push in Hyperion Planning On-Premises?

I was referring to the below admin guide from Oracle documentations.
