Tools upgrade from 9.2.0.5 to 9.2.2.1 on application 9.2. Looking for related documents.

I want to install the latest tools release 9.2.2.1 on Application 9.2. Looking for some documents related to steps to be followed. We do have white papers on 9.2.1.4 but not for 9.2.2.1. Any pointers would be highly appreciated. We are also planning for configure latest UX1.
