For JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, E910, Tools 9.1.5.7, All Windows Server 2008, Oracle Database 11g 11.2.0.4, Weblogic 10.3.5.0:

In Server Manager this morning, the Instance Information shows there are 100 users while in Runtime Metrics - User Sessions there is only 53 users listed.  Why does this occur?  The problem arises that the web server HTML instance is configured for a maximum of 100 users.  Now users cannot log on because the HTML instance thinks it has reached maximum users.  Then users get a JAS message directing them to contact the System Admin.

Is this a bug, will the web instance 'catch up' after a while?

Is there anything I can check (logging?) on the HTML instance to see why this is happening?
