Is it possible to archive only reconciled statements?

I have a requirement to archive and purge the CE_STATEMENT_HEADERS and CE_STATEMENT_LINES tables, but I need to keep any statements that are not fully reconciled. In other words a statement and all of its lines should only be purged and archived if all of its lines are reconciled. The 'Archive/Purge Bank Statements' program only provides the option of targeting only unreconciled statements or both, but surely you would want to preserve statement lines that have not yet been reconciled? Is there any way to archive only the reconciled statements?
