Service Contracts queue tables OKC_AQ_EV_TAB, millions of records stacked up and are not getting deq
My Application Version is 12.1.3. In the Service Contracts queue tables OKC_AQ_EV_TAB there are millions of records stacked up and are not getting dequeued.
Majority of the records are for the status change and termination. Due to this table is consuming lots of space and also some jobs like Status change program is having performance issues.
