Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. What happens to all RAC nodes when majority of Voting Files disappear?

Hi

a general question in 12c RAC -

What happens to all RAC nodes when majority of Voting Files disappear?

let's assume - normal redundancy - 3 Voting files on 3 separate storage devices

2 of them disappear - 1 is left

I would say that all nodes will get evicted. Am I wrong?
