Find number of 'sent' messages from sunone (message server)

Hi,

Im trying to find out how many emails have been sent from the message server for the last 3 months, ive investigated but can't find an easy way to retrieve the information without manually looking at the mail logs (and there are literally hundreds of mails a day).

Ive looked at mboxutil and imquotacheck which can give me a full list of mail users but I can't figure out how to only report on 'sent' emails for the last 3 months.

The utilities are installed under /opt/SUNWmsgsr/sbin.

The mail server is Solaris10 but I can't even figure out how to display the version of the messaging server!
