How to Restart SSL Using WLST in WLS 10.3 and 12.1

I am trying to find a way of automating the restart of SSL for a Managed Server probably using WLST.

Recording the operation in the Weblogic Console does not provide the command nor can I find it documented anywhere.

Does anyone know if this can be done?

Any help would be much appreciated.
