Folks,

Would greatly appreciate your quick response.

1) what is the typical reason for jca-brm connection failures (other than network issues)

2) some documents suggests to tweak the below parameters

BRMConnectionPoolMaxsize and BRMConnectionPoolMinsize (weblogic-ra.xml)

'Initial Capacity' and 'Max Capacity' to be same as above. (WebLogic Application server -> BRM JCA Adapter deployment -> Configuration -> outbound connection pool -> Expand oracle.tip.adapter.api.OracleConnectionFactory -> click on the JNDI name being used for the adapter like 'eis/BRM' -> Click Connection Pool tab)

3) What exactly in BRMConnectionPoolMinsize.  Meaning , what is the significance and Impact of Changing this ?

4) Is it important to Change
