What taxes are in the FED_INFORMATION columns of pay_us_federal_tax_info_f

I'm trying to figure out what the values under the FED_INFORMATION columns in table pay_us_federal_tax_info_f correlate to for 403B limits (or any of the limits). 

For example, from some sql I found that reports "some of those fields" ... the FED_INFORMATION3 is the Elective Deferral Limit (supplemental retirement limit excluding Catchup).

Is there a document or a place in oracle to find out what all the FED_INFORMATION fields are for each of the FED_INFORMATION_CATEGORY values ?
