Issue opening journal template

We are on HFM 11.1.2.4.205. We have a particular user who is unable to open journal template. He will get the below error. It does not write anything in consolidation administration messages.

But other users are able to open journal template without any issues. Please let me know if any of you had seen or heard about similar issue. Thanks!
