Employee Status Change - Tittle Change/Transfer - SAL Annual Salary is available to edit

Hi Guys,

We are using employee status change process and one of our changes is related with  Tittle Change/ Transfer, on program  for this specific process we didn't activated SAL Salary adjustment, the issue that I have is when I enter the status change for  Tittle Change/ Transfer using reason code 160 the compensation tab grayed out the Annual Salary and is not editable which  is correct because is not activated, the thing is if you jump to another tab and come back to Compensation Tab then the Annual Salary is available for edit, this is causing confusion with the users, I
