Promotion Cardinality issue

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our bundle promotion.

Customizable product: Fijo

Relationship name: Technology

Cardinality: Max 1 Min 0 Default 0

Cardinality of Technology under Bundle Promotion: Max- NA Min- NA Upper limit 1 Lower limit 0 Default 0

In the add order whichever technology we add gets added fine. I believe the Upper limit 1 helps in adding one product as the max is NA.

The technology is not added directly from products configuration directly. It is added using RCOIS through a workflow.

But in the post sale orders we have seen some cases where technology product does not get added,and it throws error about being not available with Promotion but when I do max 1 in Cardinality under Promotion it works.
