How to publish CTO Model forecast along Planning percentage to ASCP

I am working on situation where we need to publish the demantra model forecast along with option planning percentages and want ASCP to explode it using that planning percentages.

We are running CTO Upload Local Forecast interface with demand type filter chosen as "Model" and series added "final plng pct" with all the existing series
and rest of the setting as per the standard functionality, but unable to get the planning percentage in the MSD_DP_PLANNING_PCT_DENORM.

We are getting option independent forecast and model forecast data into MSD_DP_SCN_ENTRIES_DENORM table only.

Please help me to figure out how to populate planning percentage and how ASCP will pick, is there any set up needed or something else is missing?
